Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. cooked, shelled shrimp
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute onion and margarine in big pot.
    Put the remaining ingredients in pot and mix well.
    Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
