Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 large potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. sour cream
    5 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes in salted water.
    Mash until all lumps are gone.
    Add salt, pepper, onion salt, sour cream and cream cheese.
    Whip until light and fluffy.
    Cool.
    Will keep up to 12 days in refrigerator.
    Place in buttered casserole and top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
