French Onion Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 beaten egg
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
    12 slices toasted French bread
Preparation
    Mix egg into ground beef, blending well.
    Stir in soup mix. Divide mixture into 6 equal parts and form into balls.
    Press balls into patties.
    Fry, broil or grill to desired wellness, topping with cheeses near the end of cooking time.
    Serve burgers on French bread.
