Faye'S Ham Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. chopped ham
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 2 baking sheets.
    Sift 1/2 cup of flour onto wax paper.
    Heat water, salt and 1/4 cup butter until butter melts.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Add sifted flour all at once. Stir over low heat about 1 minute or until mixutre leaves side of pan and forms a ball.
    Remove from heat and cool slightly.
    Beat eggs, one at a time, into mixture, beating until smooth after each addition.
