Beef And Rice "Porcupines" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. raw rice
1/4 c. chopped onions or to your taste
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
Preparation

Mix beef, onions, salt and pepper. Form into small balls.
Fry in hot Crisco or Wesson oil.
Turn frequently until light brown but not crusty on all sides.
Add tomato soup and water. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
