Chunk-Of-Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 pkg. active yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    5 c. flour or more, but not over 1/2 c. more
    1 lb. Cheddar or American cheese
Preparation
    Bring the water, cornmeal and salt to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add molasses and butter.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Soften the yeast in 1/2 cup warm water, then add to the cornmeal mixture and blend thoroughly. Gradually add the flour and stir to form a stiff dough.
    Knead until smooth and satiny, about 5 minutes.
