Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Vidalia onions
1/4 stick butter
Swiss and Cheddar cheese slices
1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Chop onions into bite-size pieces and place in 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
Chop butter into small pats and place evenly over onions.
Place cheese slices on top.
Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
The cheese will melt and hold the onions together.
Take out of oven and sprinkle French fried onions on top.
Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes.
