Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers
    1 1/2 sticks melted butter
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    4 bananas
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 large container Cool Whip
    crushed nuts
    cherries
Preparation
    Crush vanilla wafers and mix with 1 1/2 sticks melted butter. Pat into 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Beat 2 sticks butter, confectioners sugar and eggs together.
    Put on top of vanilla wafer mixture. Slice bananas on top of cream mixture.
    Drain crushed pineapple and put on top of bananas.
    Next, spread on Cool Whip.
    Then you can decorate with nuts and cherries.
    Refrigerate.
