Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
3 c. hot water
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
1 can beets, chopped fine
1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Dissolve gelatins in hot water.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 9 X 13 pan or dish.
When set, spread with 1 cup salad dressing, 1 cup chopped celery and 1/2 cup chopped green onion, mixed together.
