Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine soup, egg, mayonnaise, cheese, seasoning and onions. Mix well.
    Add broccoli and mix well.
    Spoon into 1 quart greased baking dish.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 5.
