Fluffy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar or Sugar Twin
1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
1 small box instant vanilla pudding (may be sugar-free)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip lite
pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix milk with softened cream cheese and stir in pumpkin; blend well.
Mix together pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar (or Sugar Twin) and blend well with pumpkin mixture.
Add vanilla now, if desired.
Whip in pudding and fold in Cool Whip lite.
Garnish with chopped pecans.
