Michele'S Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. (4 sq.) semi-sweet chocolate
    1/4 c. unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. liquor (brandy, Kirsch, rum, your choice)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate with
    butter
    slowly in double boiler or heavy saucepan.
    Remove
    from
    heat
    and add liquor, stirring well until
    all
    liquor is absorbed.
    Refrigerate at least 40 minutes or
    until
    mixture
    hardens.
    Shape into marble sized balls and roll in chocolate jimmies.
