Ley Mill Lemon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white bread crumbs
    3/4 pt. fresh milk
    grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    beaten white of 1 egg
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Set oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a pie dish.
    Put the bread crumbs to soak in the milk at least one hour before cooking.
    Then place in pie dish.
    Add the sugar, lemon rind and juice and the beaten white of an egg and stir carefully so that it does not curdle. Bake for
    1 1/2 hours.
