Sauerkraut And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or more
    1 c. raw rice
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
    brown sugar
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. V-8 juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. sauerkraut, drained
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add
    raw rice, V-8 juice, seasonings, sugar and green peppers.
    Pour\tmeat
    mixture into greased, oblong casserole dish.
    Cover
    with
    the
    sauerkraut. Sprinkle with brown sugar.\tPour 2 cups warm water over all in the casserole.\tCover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
