Hamburger Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 stalks celery, diced
1 can bean sprouts
1 c. beef bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 can Chinese noodles or 2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet.
Drain grease.
Add diced celery, bean sprouts, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Make a smooth paste of cornstarch, brown sugar and soy sauce.
Stir into meat and cook another 10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thick.
Serve hot over Chinese noodles or rice.
