Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. large select mushrooms
5 slices crisp-cooked bacon
10 green olives and 1 Tbsp. juice
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Saute mushroom caps in butter (both sides) and drain well.
Combine the bacon, olives and juice in food processor.
Stuff mixture into caps.
Place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle cheese on top of each.
Heat broiler to 500\u00b0 and place in oven for 5 minutes.
