Baked Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 14 cabbage leaves
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large egg, beaten
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Scald cabbage in salted hot water; drain well.
    Mix remaining ingredients and form 12 to 14 beef balls.
    Place in cabbage leaves; fold and roll up.
    Fasten with toothpicks.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups water over cabbage rolls and cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover; bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
