Mexicali Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    garlic
    2 Tbsp. chili power
    2 cans condensed chili beef soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Add to beef and cook until tender the onion, pepper, garlic and chili powder.
    Add soups, water, cheese and salt.
    Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring often.
