Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    garlic to taste
    2 cans corn
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing mix
    2 cans pinto beans
    1 large can Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain. Add seasonings and stir well. Add other ingredients. Cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve over taco chips or Mexican cornbread. Top with sour cream and/or grated cheese.
