Mom'S Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter plus 1 Tbsp.
    1/2 c. cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together butter and cocoa.
    Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time. Over low heat, gradually add evaporated milk.
    Bring to boil and continue to boil for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Add vanilla. Remove from heat and serve.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
