Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 stalk celery, cut fine
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Brown beef until crumbly, but not dry.
    Before beef is done, push to one side of pan and saute onion, green pepper and celery. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cover pan tightly and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot over toasted buns. Serves 6 to 8.
