Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained, pressing out all excess water by using a spoon during draining
    1 (1 5/8 oz.) pkg. Knorr-Swiss vegetable soup mix
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with chilled raw vegetables or with crackers or bread.
    Makes 3 cups.
    Can be made a day ahead to blend flavors.
