Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    3/4 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. dry red wine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place chicken in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients, except for cornstarch and water.
    Pour over chicken. Cook at Medium-high (70%) for 20 minutes, until chicken is done, turning after 10 minutes.
    Remove chicken and cover to keep warm.
