Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. melted butter
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. milk chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt caramels in evaporated milk.
    Pour evenly over baked layer of cake and sprinkle with milk chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
    Pour remaining batter over top.
    Return to oven and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
    Check cake by inserting a toothpick in center.
    It should come out clean.
