Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, bite size pieces
1 c. sliced celery
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation

In order given, layer in 9 X 13 pan. Mix: 2 cups mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp. sugar, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese. Spread over salad as frosting. Top with 4 oz. grated cheddar cheese. Cover lightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
