Chili Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 pork loin, cubed
    2 large purple onions, chopped
    4 large garlic buds, minced
    5 large Anaheim peppers (seed and all), chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. ground cumin seed
Preparation
    Put all in crock-pot without water.
    Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
    Before serving, add flour and water for gravy.
    (If not hot enough, add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper.)
    Adjust seasonings to taste.
