Pancit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced zucchini or sugar peas
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 c. cubed pork, chicken
    2 pkg. Ramen noodles
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook garlic in oil until barely brown.
    Add celery and carrots and stir-fry about 1 minute.
    Add zucchini, onion and pork. Stir-fry about 1 minute.
    Use 1 packet from noodles to flavor. Cook noodles according to directions on pack, but use only 1 flavor packet.
    Drain noodles and toss together with stir-fried vegetables.
    Season with soy sauce to taste.
