Salsa (Hot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 c. tomatoes, peeled
    2 c. chopped hot peppers or to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped (may add more)
    10 green mangos, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 to 8 garlic cloves or garlic powder to taste
    4 1/2 c. vinegar
    8 tsp. salt
    parsley, cloves and allspice to taste
Preparation
    Combine and simmer about 20 minutes.
    Process in hot water bath for 30 minutes.
