Pheasant Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/16 tsp. oregano
    1/16 tsp. basil or substitute 1 tsp. paprika for the oregano and basil
Preparation
    Use only the breast of pheasant.
    Cut into steaks.
    Roll steaks in flour mixture.
    Cook in 1/4 cup butter which has been melted in a skillet.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes, turning once.
    Prepare at least 1 pheasant per hungry rancher!
    The other parts can be used in casseroles.
