Mock Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen Worthington chicken, ground
    1 c. onion
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 pt. cream
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    6 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. quick oats
    1 tsp. savorex
    2 tsp. Loma Linda gravy mix
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
    Then add garlic powder and savorex, stirring until softened and mixed.
    In a large mixing bowl combine bread crumbs, cream, eggs, cottage cheese, oats and gravy mix.
    After blending, add the sauteed onions and celery.
    Bake in 2 large loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until nicely browned.
