Baked Zucchini Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated or diced zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. diced onions
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese or 8 oz. sharp grated Cheddar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in greased 11 x 7-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until firm.
    Can also be baked in 13 x 9-inch pan and cut into squares to serve as an appetizer.
