Basic Pancake Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In large bowl beat egg.
    Beat in remaining ingredients until just mixed.
    Heat lightly greased frying pan over medium-high heat.
    Pour batter from large spoon and flip when puffed and bubbles begin to pop.
    Cook second side until golden brown.
    Makes 10 (4-inch) pancakes.
