Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    4 c. cornbread, crumbled
    8 slices dried bread, cubed
    1 3/4 c. turkey broth
    1 c. turkey giblets, cooked and chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In skillet over medium-high heat, saute onion and celery in margarine until slightly tender.
    In large bowl combine celery mixture, cornbread, bread cubes, turkey broth, giblets, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper and egg.
    Spoon dressing into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
