Blender Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cut up chocolate in small pieces. Put in blender. Add other ingredients. Cover. Blend on low speed until larger pieces are chopped. Stop and stir with long-handled spoon. Cover and blend on high speed until thick and creamy. Makes 3 cups.
