Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hash browns, thawed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all, but sour cream, together; mix well, then fold in the sour cream.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    (Be sure to grease casserole dish.)
    Remove from oven and cover with cheese and onion rings.
    Put back in oven until cheese melts.
