Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. cooking sherry
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
5 lb. chicken wings
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together and simmer for 15 minutes. Bake wings at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Pour away juice and grease. Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Baste occasionally.
