Summer Pork Stew(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless lean pork cubes (3/4-inch)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    4 ears corn
    12 oz. zucchini
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown pork in oil in large pot.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boiling.
    Lower heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, shuck corn; break each ear into 4 pieces. Halve zucchini lengthwise; cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices. Add corn to pot.
    Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
    Add zucchini.
    Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 8 minutes more or until zucchini is tender-crisp.
