Non-Dairy Ciambellone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs (or 1 1/2 c. Egg Beaters)
1 1/2 c. canola oil
1 1/2 tsp. Salt Sense
6 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. anise flavoring
1 tsp. lemon juice and rind
4 1/2 c. flour
2 1/4 c. white grape juice
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar.
Add oil.
Add 1/2 of flour and 1/2 of white grape juice and beat well.
Add salt, baking powder, anise and lemon juice and rind.
Mix well.
Slowly add the rest of the flour and grape juice and beat.
