Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. potatoes
    mustard
    1 large onion, chopped
    8 hard boiled eggs
    3/4 cup sweet relish
    1 cup chopped celery
    Miracle whip dressing
    6 oz. jar pimientos
    salt, pepper
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and chop. Boil eggs and chop. Mix all ingredients together and chill in fridge.
