Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
flour
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
chopped green pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. rice
1 (No. 2) can stewed tomatoes
Preparation

Season pork chops with salt and pepper; coat with flour. Brown chops, onion and green pepper in shortening in skillet. Place rice in greased casserole; top with tomatoes.
Arrange chops, onion and green peppers over tomatoes; cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until liquids are absorbed.
Yields 6 servings.
