Bi Hon(Serves 12 Or More) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pkg. Maifun rice sticks
    4 stalks celery, chunked
    2 carrots, long strips
    1/2 medium onion, chunked
    1/3 head cabbage, long strips
    2 c. pork, cut in small pieces
    soya sauce
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Soak Maifun rice sticks in cold water while preparing vegetables.
    Cook meat in small amount of water until dry.
    Salt may be added while cooking.
    Add onion; cook a few minutes more. Add carrots, celery, garlic salt and pepper to taste.
    Add rice noodles and about 1/2 cup water.
    Add a little more garlic salt and cabbage.
    Add enough soya sauce to give a light brown color.
    Cook until water is gone.
    Add some cooking oil (about 1 tablespoon) to give a slick texture.
