Creamy Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. olive oil
    garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    20 oz. pkg frozen corn
    1 c. frozen diced hash brown potatoes
    1 onion, diced
    sweet red pepper and green pepper, diced
    14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
    14 3/4 oz. can creamed corn
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oil in a dutch oven. Add garlic, onion and peppers. Cook for 1 minute. Add corn, potatoes and broth. Bring to a boil.
