Yogurt Milkshake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cold yogurt
    1/2 c. cold milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. or more mashed fruit (fresh or canned), drained: strawberries, peaches, apricots, pineapple, boysenberries or mandarins
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in blender or beat by hand until thick and smooth.
    This is a delicious tart drink, refreshing on a hot day.
