Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. flank steak
1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. tomato juice
1 c. large onion pieces
garlic to taste
Preparation

Slice steak on the diagonal (1/2-inch thick).
Marinade overnight.
Do not use an aluminum pan.
Place steak on skewers, alternating with onion.
Cook 20 to 25 minutes over hot coals.
