Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
dash of salt
dash of sugar
1 Tbsp. butter for frying
Preparation

Whip egg yolks.
Blend in the salt, sugar, flour and milk. Fold in the whipped egg whites (quite stiff, but not dry).
Fry the pancakes until they are light brown on both sides.
