Linkrens Kage(Norwegian Pound Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, then sour cream.
    Sift, if you wish, remaining ingredients together and add.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans approximately 45 minutes until golden.
    Stand in pans until cool, remove and wrap in foil to store.
