Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium zucchini
water
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 lb. boiled ham
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
butter or margarine
1 c. half and half
3 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash zucchini and cut off ends.
Cut into 1/4-inch slices. Place slices in saucepan and cover with water.
Add lemon juice and bring to boil.
Lower heat and simmer for 1 minute.
Drain. Combine with ham that is cut into strips.
Add parsley, nuts, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Spread into buttered pan.
In bowl, combine half and half, eggs and cheese.
Mix and pour over zucchini.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serves 4.
