Chicken In A Basket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 Tbsp. each olive oil and butter
    4 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    1/4 to 1/2 c. dry sherry
    round French bread
    green olives
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown chicken in olive oil and butter and garlic when browned. Add rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes on low.
    Remove chicken and saute mushrooms.
    Deglaze pan with sherry and add green olives (as many as you like).
    Add chopped parsley.
    Hollow out round bread and slightly toast in oven with butter and garlic.
    Put chicken with mushrooms and olives in bread.
    Pour sauce over this. Wrap tightly in foil.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0 and serve.
