Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter (for topping)
Preparation
    Boil cabbage for 5 minutes in water.
    Drain well.
    Combine butter, salt and flour in saucepan.
    Cook over low heat; stir constantly until bubbly.
    Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
    Add cheese to white sauce and pour over cabbage.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs and butter over cabbage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
