Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 lb. round steak (1 1/2-inches thick)
    1 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
    1 onion, sliced
    1 stalk celery, diced
Preparation
    Pound flour into steak.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Add tomatoes, onion and celery. Cover and cook over low heat or in a moderate oven at 300\u00b0 until tender (2 to 2 1/2 hours), uncovering the last 1/2 hour to cook down sauce to a rich thickness.
